Lloret Apprenticeship Programs 2024

Lloret is happy to announce the introduction of two London-based Apprenticeship Programs, commencing in September 2024. We are offering up to four places to students who have already, or who will have completed their A Levels by June 2024.

Lloret is a London-based company that works on some of the city's most recognisable landmark buildings and luxury developments. We are an industry leader in designing, installing, commissioning and maintaining building systems having been delivering Building Management Systems for over 50 years. Our system portfolio utilises IoT and cloud-based technology including; Energy Management Systems, Converged Network Systems and the Master System Integrator role.

Lloret is working on many new build projects as well as restoration projects spanning across London, helping to shape the city's skyline of the future. We are seeking driven individuals to join our team as we have an exciting project pipeline coming through.

Your role as an apprentice, will see you enrolled one day a week at London South Bank University with the remaining four days working alongside our team, here at Lloret in the office and on site. Outside of the academic term, your role will be full time.

Your role will be working alongside our experienced team of engineers, as they provide support and guidance to you in designing a buildings smart infrastructure across a variety of different sectors in London; commercial, residential, healthcare, education and leisure. The systems you will design will range from Building Management Systems (BMS), controlling HVAC and lighting systems, to IT networks for building operational technology, CCTV and Security systems. Buildings must adapt to meet a change in client demands, with that incorporating new Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).

You will also have the opportunity to rotate departments around Lloret, expanding your experience within the built environment through the different disciplines; design, commissioning, project management and software development. The learning within the workplace will demonstrate the KSB’s and so you will have successfully completed the End Point Assessment (EPA) too.

Smart Buildings Engineering Apprentice - Level 4

You as an Apprentice will be enrolled on a 3-year long program, where you will gain an Apprenticeship High Level 4 (Higher National Certificate).

You as an Apprentice will be enrolled on a 5-year long program, where you will gain a Degree Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, including the completion of a BEng (Hons).
