Oli Spoke at Smart Buildings Show 2024
A couple of weeks ago, our Engineering Director Oliver Barker spoke at this year's Smart Buildings Show. He spoke around the smart building delivery and how, from Lloret’s perspective as a contractor, what makes a successful project.
Lloret has seen a growth in demand for smart buildings and our projects reflect this, we are working across London acting as Master Systems Integrators and delivering Converged Network Systems packages more than ever. Through our first-hand experience we have found that the implementation phase of smart buildings could benefit from more consideration during the early stages of a project and with that Oli looked to simplify smart and what we carry out day to day.
He spoke about the typical Smart Building requirements we are seeing at the moment on projects, from sensors, metering for energy analytics and on-boarding of data, to talking about MSI delivery and the different approaches to the role.
